Had a new kitchen installed this week, have noticed that there are a few small specks at eye level (noticeable ) on one door. Also a small scratch. I presume the finish should be 100% perfect to avoid peeling etc down the line. Installation guys had limited English but have contacted suppliers. All advice welcome. I presume it will need total respray as against a spot repair job?

Ya unfortunately it'll need to be removed, sanded, and given a fresh spray. Don't accept it if they offer to touch it up with a brush on-site. The brush marks are different to spray paint..
