Right hiking boot, a right pain

Well, I got a new pair of hiking boots a few weeks back. Since day one the insole in the right boot keep riding up the heel and the front of it is half way down my foot which is annoying as f**k on a long hike. Anything I can do to stop this or just take them back to the shop?

Tried every thickness of sock I have including two pairs and the same thing happened.
