Bord Gais Meter problem

    I am/have had an issue with a Bord Gais pay as you go meter. Yesterday I contacted BG by phone to top up my meter and was given the 20 digit top up code. When I keyed in the code I got a rejected/incorrect message on the meter display screen. I have to date contacted three customer service agents about this but have got nowhere. It is not a funds issue BTW.
    I am curious as to whether anyone else has had a similar experience.
