City Break in late Feb/Early March

Looking at booking a 3 night trip to Europe for last weekend of February or first week of March. Have it narrowed down to Copenhagen, Brussels, Bruges or Amsterdam. Weather still seems to be very cold in most these cities then so wondering where would people recommend for this time of year?
Open to other recommendations but trying to avoid places we've been before like Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy or France. Looked at Vienna, Prague and Budapest as well but flight a bit pricey

Malta would we brighter and warmer at that time of the year, than the cities you are thinking of.

Just back from Krakow in Poland. Absolutely beautiful, flights cheap and good value out there. Went with Ryan Air stayed for 3 nights.
