I read the book some time ago. Definitely a lot more Google than Facebook or Apple. Has little or no relevance to home automation though. Has a lot more in common with Google's services and American corporate software development organization culture. A great, if scary, book. Seems like a fitting cast, though I daresay they'll have to 'drama it up', to make it a salable movie.
