Issue with Contract start date

    Just checked my Eir account and noticed that according to Eir my contract started in August.

    This is quite strange as I upgraded to Eir Fibre in June I beleive, however due to Eir's usual terrible service it took them two months to actually recognise I had been upgraded and have there systems updated to show this.

    Please could you confirm my actual contract date, and if you do happen to come up with the August date could you go back and take a look and confirm when the engineer visited my property and upgraded my service.  You will clearly notice a conflict in the dates you have.
