I had this printer working on xp since 2006 with no problems other than the scan button never worked. This didn’t matter since I had an interface which I used to use for all scanning requirements. However I have connected the printer to a new computer running windows7 and installed driver from original cd disc. Now I have lost the interface that I used to have. The only ‘smaller’ looking interface that now appears only allows printing. I have re installed the driver again but it still remains the same. So I still cannot scan anything. I have read all the trouble shooting help pages that I can find but nothing refers to this problem.
Any comments would be most welcome.
