Converting 9 seater Transporter minibus to commercial

Hi Guys, I want to buy a really clean transporter minibus that im looking at but I want to convert it to a 6 seater crew cab. Can I do this and get it taxed as a commercial vehicle? I am led to believe I would just have to get the rear side windows paneled and take the seats out and probably seat belts?? Would this be…
