Phone Ryan Pianos in Raheen (http://www.ryanpianos.com/index.php/contact-us/). They sell second hand pianos, but I don't know if they buy them or just get then from trade-ins on new ones. So ask them if they buy pianos, then tell them what you have, and see if they'll give you a price. If that price is reasonable, then go for it. If not, say thanks and bye.

Or they may sell on consignment, where they don't buy it from you, but will sell it on your behalf for a fee.

Failing that, Donedeal, Adverts, etc. If you've tried all that already and no-one is buying, then your price is too high for the market.

things go in and out of fashion.

a grand or baby grand will have a limited market due to the space needed to house it.

given that you can get a working upright for pennies..... mine was FREE on freecycle, I just had to collect it.... the market for a 5K piano will be small.

note that I didn't say your piano wasn't WORTH 5K, it may well be, but anything, be it a piano, a guitar or an antique snuff box, is worth what someone is willing to pay.
