    I considered it.. but this particular bike is set up for mechanical already and is too much faffing about to make it Di2 ready.

    I was very tempted but I have so many bikes and wheels it's just easier to keep it 11... besides I already have the front mech, crank, bb etc...

    So fire away there onthefringe.

    In the meantime I am still looking for shifters.. rear mech and brake calipers.

    I might consider a full sram red 22 gear and brake set too.

    Ok, sorted for everything except calipers at this stage and for those I think I will get the newer 9100 model for its slightly better tyre clearance. And there will be none of those knocking about on the cheap.
