qualify for Enerphit standard

    hi

the passive house institute allows certification for existing buildings through it's 'Enerphit' standard. Does anyone know how a project would be deemed suitable for Enerphit, as oppose to the standard new-build PH standard? I am thinking in terms of an existing building, which is being extended and the new-build part of the new dwelling makes up say twice that of the existing structure

    Thanks!
