their process is really long someone i know is going trough it,first filled out online form, think it was smwhere between 2-3 weeks before got an email to do webcam quiz etc.Afterwards nothing for over a month just to get email that progressing to phone interview - think next step if successful is finally meeting with hiring agency, since the have their own people that do vetting -that said seems time scale is usually 2-4 weeks before anything is known. Some other online replies suggest similar up to half a year to get hired if successful, but that's for management positions.Till's shop floor id imagine are a bit faster in that regard.

Questions on phone vary a bit,but few always pop up the same why their brand/stores are different from competition, what do you know about their business model, what do you notice about their stores apart from others what you like about it,if management position how do you deal with situations, how you manage/encourage workers, and finals steps knowing their market share, where they stand against other stores, percentages in growth, overall numbers etc-as said someone i know applying thus not much into technical side of retail to know whats asked, but all the questions would be similar to see how you manage and deal with people co-workers,and how much you know about them in general thus what are they doing different and how that translates into having good proportion of business also knowing their brands vs Irish produced they sell thus a bit of numbers in there.

Just said on email to visit 3 stores
few simple ones since id be doing my shopping there usually, its their simplistic layout compare that to tescos and the likes, how everything is stocked layout in sections, how tills operate to manage flow, then of course memorize some of their brands for comparisons or whatever it may be.Since you could be taken onto stage where they bring applicants to store and ask x y z questions with limited amount of time to get items or see how you know their way of layout.

Usually, 2-4 weeks after the telephone interview to get a response. If you are asked to visit stores remember to talk to someone in a relevant position in each store, get their name ask them things you really want to know! It is as much about you seeing if it suits you as well as you being a fit for them

    Good Luck
