    Which company has the best graduate program for software development.

    I would love accenture, but I don't have the required leaving cert points and I can't do that one.

    I was thinking of others like fenergo and Citi, but I have no idea which one would help your skills reach industry level.

    It is certainly none of those crowds anyway. Look for a smaller company.
