    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [No]

    5. Do you need a monitor? [Yes] but can up the budget if I need to for it.

5a. If yes, what size do you need. [21]

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future?

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [Have nothing so all of it]

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [No]

The budget does not include the VR headset just looking for a good build that wont eat all my savings. If it can be done for less then thats great too.

    i5 6500 €200
    8gb DDR4 €50
    1tb HDD €50
    250gb SSD €100
    Case €50
    500w PSU €60
    4gb RX 480 €250
    H110M board €60
    Total €820

About 120-150 for a 1080p monitor in there too.

AFAIK the 480 or a 1060 can cut VR albeit you'll be pushing them fairly hard. i5 should be okay too.

Thanks dude. Thats nicely in budget too. would the 8gb RX 480 be a better choice for vr?

The extra VRAM would probably come in handy yeah, I'd have to leave it for someone who knows more to say if its worth the price difference though
