FIS Christmas payment

Does anyone know when the Christmas payment for FIS is ? Last year we got 2 weeks on 17th Dec. Will it be the 15th or 22nd this year does anyone know please ? I did check on welfare.ie but FIS is not mentioned.

I think they mean the double week paid before Christmas as the post offices are on holiday's

From Monday the 19th

Post Offices will be closed on Monday 26 December 2016, Tuesday 27 December 2016, Wednesday 28 December 2016 and Monday 2 January 2017.

Weekly Payments

All customers paid weekly will receive their normal payment(s) and an advance payment during the week beginning Monday 19 December 2016. The advance payment will be the payment(s) due in the week beginning Monday 26 December 2016. Payments will be available on your normal collection day.

There will be no regular weekly payments during the week beginning Monday 26 December 2016.

Payments due on Monday 2 January 2017 will be available for collection from Friday 30 December 2016.

Normal payment dates will resume from Tuesday 3 January 2017.

Available on: Friday 23 December

Due Date: Friday 30 December
Available on: Friday 30 December

SWA Supplements paid Calendar Monthly should be collected from the post office before close of business on Tuesday 3 January 2017.

Just heard back from FIS, there will be no advance payments as all payments will issue on Thursdays as per usual.
