Call center job for Bord Gais

    I've an interview on tues with Bord Gais's contract company - capita customer solutions. Had a brief phone call interview which I got through. And it'll be someone from Bord Gais itself.

    They're going to do a so called 'phone call scenario' during the interview. It's this that I'm a tad bit nervous about. I'm fine dealing with customers, taking abuse, etc, but it's when I'm being observed acting out a scenario that's different. I hope it's a case of "what would you say if..." as opposed to having to act it out.

    Anyone ever done this during an interview a call center?
