Boot struts - sheared bolt

I have a Previa and the boot lid is misaligned. The issue is on one side the head of a bolt is sheered off and one the other side the thread is gone so the bolt won't side in. So one of the two bolts on each side holding the boot strut to the lid is missing and the alignment is gone.

All that needs to be done is a new thread on one side and remove the sheared bolt on the other side then put in new bolts.

Would anyone have recommendations in South Dublin (ideally near Dun Laoghaire) who could do a good job at a reasonable price?

Would this be something a mechanic would do or panel beater? I'm not really sure who I should be ringing for quotes.

It depends on if the mech/beater have the tools and the experience.
I suggest trying either and if they can't help you maybe they can suggest someone who can.
