110kv Lines Building Question

    I have land that has 3 x 110kv lines running through the site. I want to look at building on the land, does anyone know what restrictions there are for a house built underneath or beside 110kv lines?
    I have contacted ESB but still awaiting a reply and some here may have experience dealing with this issue. As far as I know it's not feasible for them to move them so that's a non runner.
