Anybody know of any decent gym in Rome for a once off session, bit of benching etc. Staying near the Pantheon.

First thing is to ask in your hotel because they may have a sister hotel with a gym nearby where you'd be allowed free access or at a reduced charge. Or some local gym may have a special discount for guests in your hotel.
