ancestor worked on railroad in india

    Hi there I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience or can help point me in the right direction.
    My great grandfather travelled to India for awhile to work on the railroads. Where would I go to search this information. I'm not sure on exact dates of when he was there or for how long. I know his wife and children where at home while he worked overthere.

    Your first website should be fibis.org (families in British India society).
