    Ulster welcome back Henry and McCloskey to the starting XV and Ludik and Cave are back in the match day squad.

    Cardiff have picked mostly Welsh players and the odd non Welsh player.

    Ulster started the weekend one spot ahead of Cardiff in the table.

    Cardiff lead 3-0 after 5 mins.

    When you think that got the same in game sanction as Fekitoa the other week it would sicken you. I can see why it was a yellow nowadays but a couple of years ago I doubt it wouldn'thave been .

    It was cynical. If he tackled him lower he risked pushing him over the line so he pulled him back with a high one.
