    Hi guys,

Had a funcus 'thing' grow out from behind some skirting board. It is from a suspened floor in a 1900s home. Lifted the floor and found the underside of the floor and all the timbers are covered in like a white and yellow snow/dust fungus of some sort.
Very bad ventilation down there and it would be damp so with the heat from the house it was perfect breeding ground for a fungus. I think it looks a bit like dry rot but not sure.
Ill have to get someone to look at it this week but was wondering if anyone here has an idea what this would be?
