Secret Santa Suggestion

Secret Santa has been organised in the office this year. About 14 of us in our section. It has been suggested by one of girls in the office. Anyhow I picked out the girl in question and am stumped for ideas. There are 4 ladies in the office and I know her the least. Added to that she is eastern European and whilst I would get on with her I would not be happy buying a slightly rudish present in case the whole explanation gets lost in translation. All I see are silly novelty mugs online and as I said I don't feel confident buying her a stress penis funny as I think it is

    Any thoughts?

Lipstick or lip balm for less than 15 euros. Get a nude or red colour depending on her appearance.

Get her something really nice & thoughtful. You'll be popular in the office and everyone will remark then that you're such a nice guy. That's what's great about these Secret Santa's. You can show off your creativity, and connect with your colleagues, without spending a fortune.

Does she keep photos on her desk? If so, maybe a photo frame?
Or a desktop calendar if she uses them.

I have worked there 5 years so they know me well enough to know what a fantastic guy I am☺.
I am leaving in six months unbeknownst to them so I am tempted to go down the rude route but the individual in question gives me the impression that she could react badly if I cross a line. Safe and caring just seems a tad boring

Hand mirror with pretty frame. Arty candle in pot. Gloves. Skipping rope. Poster or print of a picture that is nice but playful. Novelty apron. Christmassy hat.

    Noooo!

Don't ever buy someone you don't know make up! People are very particular about that kind of thing. If I got lipstick it'd be a waste of money as I don't wear it.

What's the general theme of the SS? Is everyone mostly going jokey or thoughtful?

This is what I got my Secret Santa person!

Nice chocolates would be another idea if she likes chocolate.

OP, don't go down the rude present route. It's a waste of money and even if she gets the "joke" it's still a crap present.

I thought all women loved lippie. Box of smelly stuff in Boots so is the best bet. Who doesn't like washing after all.

    Seconding this.

I always tell people if they plan on getting me presents, please do not buy me makeup. Makeup is so personal. Most people have a brand and only use certain products and certain shades of those products.

I am a lippie fan though.

Yeah if someone gave me lipstick I'd be like wtf. I can't even choose a colour for myself.
