I need help, need to get a projector that can show tv/movies / Netflix from galaxy s6, wife had her eyes on a mini projector but when I asked the supplier he confirmed it wouldn't work, the one she looked at was only £49. I can't let her down. Budget doesn't stretch that much more as this was a secondary present

    Any one got any ideas.

    Would something like that suffice?

if they are official apps you are using like netflix then any projector with a hdmi (usb a bonus) and you could plug a chromecast into it and you can cast away to your hearts content

Pico (Mini) projectors mostly suck. 800x600, very very low output. If you can make the room pitch black they're just about usable.

A chromecast + HDMI capable real projector (with a lamp) is the way to go. Best you'll probably do is £300 though. Often closer to £400. Itll need to be next year by the sounds of it.
