Unreachable Hue bulb

    I've one bulb (out of a current count of four) that reports as unreachable. I have to switch it off & then on again for it to react to the app. What do you guys think? Do a return?

    Yeah had done that before but now that I think Of it, I moved it to another room so will do it again

    I don't think that should make a difference. It might be a ropey lamp alright

    Yeah I got on to them last night & they're sending a replacement but I have to pay for the return postage myself, send them a photo of the postage receipt for refund & print the return label (kids pulled the printer off the desk the other day & now I've none, so it's a hassle :(

    Is the distance to the bulb from the hub big? Or through many walls?
    Are the other bulbs off in the opposite direction to the problem bulb? Or are they in between? as hue bulbs act as relays to each other to spread the hubs coverage.

    I had a hue lux bulb outside in my back garden/lane way and it could never be reached from the hub, but after installing 10 GU10's in my kitchen, the bulb is now reachable
