    Hi Folks,

I am hoping to apply for planning in the new year. I have the house design bottomed out and have a site secured in mid Cork subject to planning. The site is not fully serviced (no mains sewage) so the architect cannot handle the application for me.

Any advice on a good consultant engineers that could do the necessary planning application for me?

    All advice appreciated.

Do you mean cannot or won't because he does not have the skill set?
If you hire a CE just for the sewage then you are paying twice.
What contract did you sign with the architect?

    No,

Only contracted the architect for the plans and any mods that may need to be carried out pending the outcome of the planning application, he would have done the application also (for an additional fee) if the site was fully serviced.
