Recording from your Sky box

    Hi

    Are there cheap/easy/legal ways of copying something that's recorded on your Sky+ box? I'm paying my Sky subscription but our Sky box seems to always be full and I would love to be able to permanently save a few programs off it. I googled this but couldn't find any info more recent than about 5 years ago so I figured there must be something more recent! Is my best option still. DVD recorder?
