3. How do I get consent to build an extension over a shared sewer in my garden?

We would advise that you contact your Local Authority regarding this matter. Their water department, who work on behalf of Irish Water, will be able to assist you further.

4. What is the average water usage per house?

The average usage documentation is currently still being compiled and once this has been been completed it will be announced publically.

5. How do I close my account for an old property and transfer it to my new home?

We would advise that you contact 1850 448 448, up to 10 days prior to your move and we can update your details for you.

Alternatively, we can arrange for a member of the relevant team to call you about this, if you send the following details through private mail:
