Help: Interview Health Insurance Call Centre

    Hey all,

Have an upcoming interview for a call centre that sells health insurance, not going to say where.

Read about the place from top to bottom, know a lot about the company, have talked to a friend that used to work for them, she prepared me the best she could, have never worked for a place like it before, so I really fancy being in with a shot.

Thing is I need more questions to ask when the interview is at the last stretch, I have a few written down but I feel I should ask things that are like outside the box that might entice them to think about me as a candidate. They are hiring a dozen people so I'd like to be in with a shot, another PFO letter would be a total let down this side of Christmas

Anyone in that business/line of work know anything clever I could ask. So I don't draw a blank at interview. I hate interviews, daunting.

    Help a fella out??

    Thanks

There might be a mock telephone call in the interview, could be worth preparing for that. I would ask the questions about the opportunity for advancement in the company, what is their ideal candidate like.

Plan to ask those, especially the first one you have written, always a good question to ask at any interview.

    Thanks for commenting Fuzzydunlop.

Any other wise folk out there with words of wisdom, anything would be much appreciated lads and lasses.
