Which Broadband provider if considering using a VPN?

Moving house and have opportunity to select a new broadband provider. I would like to setup IP cameras and access them remotely via a VPN. With this in mind, which ISP is best in terms of supporting VPN, allowing the use of my own router to connect to the ISP modem/router, upload speeds etc?

    Thanks!

Eir or Vodafone are the easiest to setup your own network with. Bridging their gateway is best as compatible modems aren't very common. Vodafone limit you to 1TB.

Virgin can be bridged but apply DS-Lite by default and may revoke bridging at any time.
