    Has anyone here done the 18 month trainee visa?

    What's the embassy interview like?

    How strict is your visa sponsoring company on the training plan?

    What does the site visit/inspection consist of?

    All help appreciated!

    Is this a new visa? Never heard of it before. The criteria doesn't seem to be too tricky. I thought the only real way to get a US visa is to be a recent graduate..
