Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Im new to Boards.ie. Quick question and sure I'll see how it goes... Anyone living or working in the Smithfield/Stoneybatter area? What are your thoughts and opinions on the area in terms of sustainability, community, heritage and employment? What are your concerns for the area and what are your aspirations? The area has gone through a lot of changes in recent years, and continues to change and develop at an alarming rate. What impact has this had on the community and residents living in and around the area?

    Any new developments happening in the area that people are excited or concerned about?

    I am interested to hear what people think...
