    hi,
    okay so I've attempted to deal with your live chat, I've attempted to deal with the call centre.. both have which have been almost impossible to undertsand, let alone get an actual resolution, maybe here might help!!

    Can someone please explain to me, why I have Fox on my TV, and I can watch it with zero issue, yet when i try to watch the channel on the app, it tells me I need to subscribe?

    It makes zero sense!!
