    Im new to Boards.ie. Quick question and sure I'll see how it goes... Anyone living or working in the Smithfield/Stoneybatter area? What are your thoughts and opinions on the area in terms of sustainability, community, heritage and employment? What are your concerns for the area and what are your aspirations? The area has gone through a lot of changes in recent years, and continues to change and develop an an alarming rate. What impact has that had on the community and residents living in and around the area?

    Any new developments happening in the area that people are concerned about?

    I am interested to hear what people think...
