Hi There! My partner from EU . and I am non- EU, student and have been living in Ireland for 4 years already. We want to get marry in Ireland. But he doesn't live in here. So, my question is Can we get marry in Ireland ? And what we need to do ? Thank you!

You need to apply to the Registrar of Civil Marriages and you need to give at least 3 months notice, and both of you need to attend the appointment with the register when you give notice.

Where one of the couple is non-EU, there can be more that six month delay in appointments to give notice.
