Emergency tax.

I applied to have my emergency tax back last Monday and was told it'd be two working days till myself and my job receive a credit certificate but I have not got it or my job. Anyone know what story is there.? I rang them but I was waiting 10minutes and had to go back to work.

Did your employer check their ROS to see if they had received your P2C file?

Id have expected them to have received it by now...it usually takes two working days, but I'd certainly expect it to arrive overnight.

Phone them at 9.30am sharp tomorrow morning if it hasn't arrived...and use 01 7023011 and not the lowcall number if you're using a mobile.
