Call tree?

Would anyone know a way or system (paid is fine) that could do the following:

After 10pm a phone system routes calls for a service to one on call phone. This is not enough, the possibility of it not being answered is severe.

Would anyone know a VOIP system that would run it via a call tree if the call is not answered or other method?

    Thanks

The simplest solution would be a VOIP number that's answerable at multiple stations. You could have the out of hours number ring on 10 mobiles at once, first person to pick up gets it.

A lot of phone systems can do this. There are also call answering services provided by the likes of Callpageboy, Kendlebell and Abtran that can take the calls for you and reduce abandoned calls.

You can set up hunt or ring all ring groups with Asterisk and many other phone systems. Blueface and Goldfish also can do this for you with time based routing.
