Most Talentless Famous Irish Person?

We are all aware this is the land of millionaire mediocrity. But even some lack talent, that even by RTE standards they are a joke. For me it is Shirley Temple Bar. Take away the gimmick of a bloke in a dress and you would have someone who is not even unless enough to be a civil servant.
