Hi, I came off a Jobridgein June and moved into employment. I am receiving FIS payment. A friend informed me last month of this payment so, albeit a few months late I decided to apply, for it. It has not been granted because of the delay, and they quoted the Consolidation of Welfare act. I've looked just now however and can't find anything about it needing to be applied for within a certain timeframe. Would anyone here know anything on this please? I am considering appealing but would like to be sure. Thanks in advance.
