Interview with pest control company

I have this interview later in the week.

So would anyone know much about what can be expected from this sort of work? Or anything I should be aware of for the interview? Applicants need a BSc and means of transport. I like the sound of it somewhat so far, and am currently about various pest control methods.

    Thanks

I know nothing about pest control, but I'd expect they would focus on pest identification, safe treatment and Health & Safety.

For example.... what are the tell-tale signs of a wasp nest? How would you decide the correct chemical to use for an effective treatment? How do you ensure your own safety and the safety of the householder?

As you are dealing with poisons and chemicals, you would need to know the dangers and potential lethal mixes.

They might also ask about stuff like climate and weather impacts on infestations.

I have zero knowledge of pest control or science.... but that would seem logical.

    Thanks,

Some of that might help towards the "what do you understand this job to be?" question.
