I have a job interview lined up with Amazon AWS for an Escalation Engineer position and would love to hear some feedback on what to expect in such a role.
Specifically, can anyone tell me:-
1. What the average workday consists of
2. What is the work/life balance like
3. What salary can be expected
4. What is the office like
5. Is there an option to work from home if needed
6. What training is provided to someone coming into the position
7. What can be expected in the interview

Any feedback on any of the above would be great.
