Op I'm sorry for your loss I lost my dad In July so I know how difficult it is for you. I don't know of any bereavement groups in Dublin. If you look up your local church they may have some information on some groups. The only thing I can say is being kind and gentle to yourself time will start to heal the pain you are in now.

Sorry for your losses. It's been a terrible year for some of us. There's a list of organisations in the charter: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=91106012&postcount=2

The Bereavement Counselling Service is likely the best option for you: http://bereavementireland.com/dublin-centres/ Ive worked out of the same offices as them previously and their work is amazing and there was no charge, just donations accepted.
