    Hi guys,
I think this may be in the wrong section not sure,

I am not looking for legal advice just your personal experience, I was recently to the district court and had my case struck out, I am hoping to get Garda vetted in a couple of months and I am curious will this show up

I have read the following but not sure if that's still the case Documents/User/Garda Vetting Procedures -Aministration Filter revised.pdf

I don't want to work with children or vunerable people.

Anybody who has been in a similar situation information would be appreciated

Struck out means nothing was heard and no conviction was given meaning nothing would come of it or show up on Garda vetting,if you won a case would it show up on Garda vetting? Answer is no.

    Good luck

    You sure?

Looks like struck out cases appear for 7 years if you want to work with vulnerable people.

    Shouldn't affect OP though.

The first link was before they brought in the new vetting disclosure.

But I believe you may be correct they do disclose this if they have a reason to believe you will harm vunerable people.

I'm curious to know what would merit that other than murder, assault etc

Also how did you post url I can get an error each time?

I think you need to have a certain post count to post links.
