I am looking for a Porsche specialist to look over a car for me. There is several Boxsters I have my eye on. They are older 2002' and 2003 2.7L models. I fancy buying one and driving it for a year and flogging it again. Boyhood dream of mine was to own a Porsche.

Be honest though, Are Boxsters in these years sh!te? I know there is alot of pub talk that they are a poor mans 911 and they probably are but I have seen lots of them in around the 5k to 7k range in various dealers and privately. I just want to be able to say I had a porsche. I currently have a 131' Octavia which is my daily and a muck about Honda Civic Coupe which I am modifying for a bit of track use. I will use the Porsche 4 or 5 days a weeks if I find a decent one and then move it on when the monsterous 2.7L tax expires. Think it's near 2k a year to tax one of these. Insurance is not an issue for me.

Recommend a specialist please that I can have on standby for when I decide which one to go look at.

    Thanks
