Hi there - following a meter reading I am due a refund. I switched providers earlier this year however have today received an email saying there is 98.93 Credit on account - how will this be refunded?

    Thanks

    Hi optogirl,

    Thanks for your message.

In order for us to look into this fully for you, could you please send us a private message with the following details?
    • Your full name
    • Your Electric Ireland account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
We can advise that where a credit balance is due to be returned to a customer, the refund would primarily be issued via cheque.

Should an amount be due to you, could you please advise us, by private message, of the correct address where the cheque should be sent?

We can then look into this for you.

    Thanks,
    Brige
