Hi On the site 'can I run this' on the the video card section it says Dedicated Video Ram Required: 512mb You Have: 496 mb Would a game definitely not run with such a small difference between the two and also 496 sounds like a strange number to me. I thought the number always doubled as in 8 bit, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512…

Would a game definitely not run with such a small difference between the two and also 496 sounds like a strange number to me. I thought the number always doubled as in 8 bit, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512 etc.

All the other system checks always get a green tick though on most games I check. It's just always that odd number of 496mb.

It's a very basic site designed to serve as a guide, but is not very accurate most of the time. What card do you have, and what game do you want to play?
