    Hi
I have a query in relation to planning permission timelines.

Following the normal 5 week observation period, our Planner has requested Additional Information, which we now have submitted.

However, I am unable to find details of when the council is obliged to revert with either a decision or a request for clarification on the additional information.  Someone said that this has to happen within four weeks of the receipt of Additional Information.  Can anyone confirm this?

I can see lots of information about the "normal" timeline on various council websites, but struggling to get an answer to this specific question.

    Thanks in advance
