Are primary school kids allowed use markers, like crayola, in schools? When I was in school we were but my friend said her sons aren't allowed? I'm giving old but good supplies and would rather give the markers to a charity shop or club if the schools just gong to throw them out anyway.

It depends on the school and the class.

Thanks Moonbeam, I'll keep the bags of markers seperate and ask the receptionist if they want them when I drop them in.

Felt tips are generally not allowed as they tend to soak through the page and destroy the next page. Things like twistables are fine.

    Update:

The school don't use them but they did take them to pass them on to kids for when they are are home.
