Collectable ladies watch?

So, I'm female and not a big jewellery girl, I like watches & bracelets mostly.
So now I have decided to invest in a really nice, classy watch. Maybe an investment piece?
It's mostly men's watches I see for collectors though.
Can anyone recommend a nice ladies watch or even let me know if there is such a thing as a collectable women's watch?
I like classic looking watches & budget probably between 500 to 800 ish.

How big across the dial would suit you? Traditionally women's watches were smaller, less than 35mm, most men's watches today are >38mm.

Do you want a quartz (battery powered) or a mechanical (automatic/hand wind) watch?

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

    Oh, I really don't know!
I'm guessing a wind up would be better for long term? But I don't mind if batteries are as good?
I like the smaller dial definitely, I want it to look like a ladies watch.
