Can someone please (please, please) tell me how to add water to increase pressure?

    Hi guys,

I have a Vokera Vision 25s gas/water heater. The manual says the pressure should be between 1.5 to 2.0 bar pressure when off. It has started dropping to nearly 0 then raises to 1 bar when it gets going. The other morning an error message came up A04 (pressure too low).

The illustration in the manual doesn't make much sense to me. In our last place it was as simple as turning a valve.

If someone can advise (see pics attached) I would be very greatful. Also, if you need any more pics or info, just say the word. Thanks in advance!

The valve with the gauge and blue knob is an automatic filling valve, but the gauge is showing an adequate 1.0 bar pressure. Are there any signs of leaks or water loss. Is the small copper pipe that goes to outside dripping water?

Thanks for the reply! It gets up to 1 bar when it gets going but it appears to have gradually started at a lower point like it's losing pressure over the past two months since we moved in.

There's a small bit of water on the ground outside where pipe comes out. Also, the blue valve where the gauge is in the hot press, should it be open or closed? It's closed at the moment. Thanks again

Opening it should allow the water pressure to increase, but the gauge on the boiler should be approx 1.25 bar when cold.
Open it (anticlockwise) until the pressure on the boiler is correct and close it again.

The wife said when the pressure was showing 0 when she turned the blue valve the pressure raised to 0.5 but it wouldn't go any higher. Any more thoughts?
